• Manage the monthly buy plan, balancing exclusive development with mainline selections.
• Oversee sales performance across platforms, refining forecasts and identifying business growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement global promotional strategies and homepage launch plans.
• Collaborate with Supply and Planning teams to provide accurate order quantities and manage product lifecycles.

Requirements

• Demonstrable e-commerce experience from a retail brand, ideally within the toy or collectible sector.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting data and making commercial decisions.
• Experience managing product lifecycles, sell-through optimization, and sales forecasting.
