What you will do

• Lead and mentor a 24/7 globally distributed team of Network Reliability Engineers.
• Design and implement secure, hyper-scalable network infrastructure to ensure 99.999% availability.
• Promote code-driven, software engineering methodologies within network operations.
• Partner with Security organizations to oversee DDoS protection, intrusion detection, and next-gen firewall operations.
• Act as Product Owner for the network reliability roadmap and align it with overall product strategy.
• Build and manage strategic vendor relationships with ISPs and hardware providers.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory
• Substantial experience in network operations with a strong leadership background.
• Deep proficiency in Juniper and Arista switch and router technologies.
• Experience with BGP routing, Linux, load balancing, GSLB, and DNS frameworks.
• Proven understanding of designing for 99.999% availability.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.

Nice to have

• Juniper or Arista professional certifications.
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
• Background in running security services as a service.
