What you will do

• Participate in the on-call roster to ensure 24/7 support for trading operations.
• Maintain and improve global infrastructure with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Enhance security infrastructure, implementing zero-trust principles and IAM policies.
• Develop internal tools and automation to optimize DevOps processes.
• Collaborate with developers and traders to tune application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Actively participate in infrastructure projects to improve system layout and rollout procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in the EU or UK
• Extensive experience managing and optimizing Linux systems in a 24/7 environment.
• Proven ability in cloud management using IaC (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong proficiency in Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes experience is a plus).
• Advanced coding skills in Python and Bash.
• Solid experience in cloud security, IAM, SIEM, and endpoint protection.

Nice to have

• Experience in the cryptocurrency industry and blockchain RPC infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Go or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with software supply chain security and vulnerability scanning.
• Background in low-level performance tuning across physical and cloud hardware.
