What you will do

• Lead large, complex infrastructure projects through research, planning, testing, and delivery.
• Own EKS/EC2 lifecycle, including provisioning, upgrades, autoscaling, and cost optimization.
• Define CI/CD and GitOps standards using tools like GitHub Actions, Argo CD, or Flux.
• Standardize Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Crossplane.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on incident response, runbooks, and sustainable operations.
• Automate security and compliance workflows to maintain SOC 2/PCI standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, and CI/CD/GitOps.
• Strong proficiency in Linux and scripting (Bash/Python).
• Knowledge of observability practices and tools like Prometheus or Datadog.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI).
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Windows/PowerShell and .NET workloads.
• Familiarity with Kafka, AWS messaging services, and databases like Postgres or MSSQL.
