What you will do
- Collaborate with developers and operations teams to scale and optimize infrastructure for growth.
- Design, deploy, and operate backend infrastructure using automated Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Own delivery and set high standards in a small, efficient team.
- Serve as first line of defense as on-call engineer on workdays and weekends (no night shifts).
Requirements
- Must be located in Europe or able to work remotely within Europe
- 5+ years IT experience with at least 2 years in hands-on DevOps or platform engineering.
- Proven expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Git, Linux, and Terraform.
- Experience with Google Cloud and AWS, including networking, cloud security, and data protection.
- Track record of building and operating ISO 27001 and GDPR-compliant production systems.
- Experience scaling microservice architectures under real load.
- Comfortable working with AI tools and integrating them into engineering workflows.
