What you will do

• Lead the modernization of platform components through research, design, and new feature implementation.
• Write clean, maintainable code adhering to high-quality standards.
• Mentor less experienced team members and influence team culture and development processes.
• Drive effective communication and technical alignment within a Scrum team.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Extensive experience with C# and .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in frontend development using React or Angular.
• Strong experience with TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of secure backend services and networking concepts (HTTP/S).
• Good verbal and written English skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Java or C++.
• Experience with REST API design and file transfer protocols (FTP/SFTP).
• Background in database design and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), and SAFe methodology.
