React Next.js Developer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality backend systems using Python (FastAPI, Django).
• Make architectural decisions for component structure, API design, infrastructure, and data flow.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Collaborate with business domain leads, designers, and engineers for seamless integration.
• Optimize applications for performance, observability, and reliability.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Modern Web Application development in particular React, Next.js
• Experience in Python-based backend development, especially with modern frameworks like FastAPI/Django.
• Proven experience in architecting and scaling full-stack web applications.
• Experience working with AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, Fargate, Kinesis Data Streams) and CloudFormation.
• Extensive experience in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the Financial Services/Insurance industry.
• Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
