• Track story performance using analytics to adjust coverage and maximize engagement.
• Oversee freelance output and participate in editorial experimentation.
• Ensure content consistency with editorial standards while remaining competitive in the digital news landscape.

Requirements

• 3+ years of senior editorial or writing experience in a digital newsroom or magazine.
• Must be based in the United States or the United Kingdom.
• Must be able to work US business hours (Eastern, Central, or Pacific Time).
• Proven track record of growing digital audiences and traffic.
• Deep knowledge of internet culture, fandoms, and online communities.
• Proficiency in WordPress, Slack, and Google Analytics.
