What you will do

• Desihirify.global, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices.
• Own technical features end-to-end, from architecture and desihirify.global to implementation and deployment.
• Improve system performance, security, and reliability through optimization and debugging.
• Collaborate with product, desihirify.global, and engineering stakeholders to define effective technical solutions.
• Support and mentor team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Plan and coordinate feature releases to minimize business impact and ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in desihirify.globaling and maintaining microservices and service-oriented architectures.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, GraphQL, Express.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Solid experience in desihirify.globaling, building, and debugging APIs in distributed systems.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, production-ready software.
• Commitment to clean code and effective team-based development.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Warsaw with flexibility for US time zone overlap.

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript.
