What you will do

• Evaluate submitted fashion lots for authenticity, condition, and fair market value.
• Curate weekly auctions to maximize quality, interest, and sell-through rates.
• Build and manage relationships with high-quality sellers in the Japanese market.
• Identify and onboard new professional sellers through networking and industry events.
• Maintain platform standards regarding authenticity and transparency for all listings.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive regional engagement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Japan
• Deep knowledge of Japanese and international luxury fashion markets, specifically bags.
• Experience in luxury fashion retail, appraisal, or curation.
• Strong understanding of authenticity assessment for pre-owned luxury goods.
• Native-level Japanese and professional proficiency in English
• Proven ability to manage commercial relationships and resolve disputes.
