What you will do

• Build and scale a core AI platform for LLMs and AI applications.
• Develop APIs and tooling for easy AI adoption across teams.
• Orchestrate multi-model and agent-based workflows.
• Implement RAG pipelines and manage vector search systems.
• Ensure strong monitoring, security, and governance.
• Automate deployments using Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.

Requirements

• Strong software/platform engineering experience (Python, Go, or Java).
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud (GCP preferred).
• Hands-on Kubernetes and cloud-native tooling.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI).
• Experience with vector databases and RAG.
• CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code skills.
