What you will do

• Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies.
• Serve as an expert Solutions Architect, building technical credibility with stakeholders to drive product adoption and vision.
• Enable clients at scale through workshops and developing customer-facing collateral.
• Influence product roadmap by translating field-derived insights into strategic recommendations.
• Handle complex technical challenges, acting as the tier-3 escalation point for the field.

Requirements

• 6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role influencing technical executives.
• Proven ability to co-plan large territories with Account Executives.
• Experience collaborating with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and third-party consulting organizations.
• Proficient in programming, debugging, and problem-solving using SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience building solutions within major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Broad experience and understanding across the fields of data engineering, data warehousing, AI, ML, governance, transactional systems, app development, and streaming.
• Undergraduate degree (or higher) in a technical field.
• A track record of driving complex projects to completion in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
