What you will do

• Create and maintain automated workflows for high-volume financial transactions using tools like Python, SQL, or RPA.
• Act as the primary translator between the Finance team and the Engineering/Product teams to ensure ERP integrations are seamless.
• Build automated reconciliation models to catch discrepancies between internal betting platforms and external payment providers.
• Develop automated reporting structures specifically tailored to Brazilian regulatory requirements.
• Identify bottleneck manual tasks and replace them with scalable, set-and-forget digital solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English.
• Solid experience in Finance Operations, FinTech, or Data Analytics.
• Experience with Python (Pandas/NumPy) or RPA tools (UiPath/Blue Prism).
• Proficiency in SQL is a must.
• Solid understanding of the Brazilian payment ecosystem (PIX is your bread and butter) and local tax complexities.
