TL;DR

Technical Support and Customer Service Agent: Providing first-line technical support and resolving technical issues for physicians and their staff with an accent on diagnosing issues and proposing appropriate solutions. Focus on optimizing the use of the Xacte platform and collaborating with the product technical team to improve the product.

Location: Required in-office presence: 1 day per week in Montréal, Quebec, Canada

Salary: CA$52,400 - CA$78,600 per year

What you will do

  • Provide first-line technical support via chat, phone, and email.
  • Diagnose issues and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Manage requests and escalate when necessary.
  • Support users in optimizing their use of the Xacte platform and analyzing their needs.
  • Collaborate with the product technical team by providing feedback to help deliver a user-friendly, reliable, and efficient product, and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Comfort working with technology and various tools.
  • Ability to analyze and structure technical issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Full bilingual proficiency (French and English), as the role involves interactions with English-speaking clients.
