What you will do

• Commission a high volume of artwork by identifying freelance illustrators, providing art direction, and maintaining relationships.
• Review print-ready files to ensure final card quality.
• Participate in brainstorms on future Magic creative expressions and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial art experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong creative vision with a cinematic lens.
• Understanding of Magic as both a game and a brand.
• Strong communication skills and comfort giving and receiving feedback.
• High attention to detail and organization skills.
• Deep knowledge of current fantasy illustration market/talent and modern print/press techniques and processes.
• Adept in Adobe Photoshop, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
