What you will do

• Perform detailed quality checks on open and closed events against established manuals and standards.
• Update and document errors through reporting to track QA metrics.
• Process escalated queues and identify discrepancies within operating systems.
• Participate in employee communication sessions regarding software, law, and manual updates.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss findings and quality improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Mesa, Arizona
• 3-5 years of processing experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced computer skills including O365 suite and reporting databases.
• Ability to sit for long periods for data entry and event processing tasks.
• Successful completion of the Nlets fingerprinting background assessment.
