What you will do

• Collaborate with client teams to select optimal technologies and methodologies for specific business needs.
• Implement features spanning frontend interfaces, backend services, and database architecture.
• Provide world-class technical expertise to client projects and development teams.
• Design system architecture and optimize performance through debugging and refactoring.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as required by the project.

Requirements

• Fluent verbal and written English skills.
• Extensive experience in software development covering backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in at least one server-side language (e.g., TypeScript/Node.js, Java, Scala, Kotlin, Clojure, or Python).
• Strong knowledge of modern client-side frameworks (e.g., React, React-native).
• Foundational knowledge of DevOps, including test automation and deployment.
• Ability to engage effectively with client stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Finnish language.
