What you will do

• Develop agentic systems to classify, extract, and review data from complex financial and legal documents.
• Build and manage systems for document acquisition and lifecycle management.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to integrate LLM-powered solutions into user workflows.
• Coordinate and solve complex, cross-functional problems that extend beyond standard machine learning boundaries.
• Develop robust infrastructure around LLM integration and agentic processes in collaboration with the SRE team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience solving complex data problems with statistical models.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI-assisted software development.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in document intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, Agno, or similar.
• Experience using LLM observability and evaluation platforms like Braintrust or Weights & Biases.
• Familiarity with building durable workflows using tools like Temporal.
