What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, architecture workshops, and POC deliveries to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Partner with Account Executives to drive technical win strategies, delivering demos and value-based narratives for enterprise clients.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for Agentic AI and MCP capabilities, guiding customers through design and implementation.
• Serve as a critical feedback conduit between enterprise field engagements and internal Product/Engineering teams.
• Develop reusable technical assets, playbooks, and best-practice frameworks for the broader Solutions Consulting community.
• Engage stakeholders across IT, Data, and Business teams, ensuring alignment on security and governance for AI integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Consulting within enterprise SaaS or AI environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML ecosystems, LLM architectures, and agentic frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen.
• Solid understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards and practical tool-calling architectures.
• Proven track record of managing complex technical evaluations and POCs in competitive enterprise sales cycles.
• Working knowledge of iPaaS, API management, and enterprise security/governance considerations for AI.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to present complex narratives to C-suite stakeholders.
