Compensation: $182,000–$217,000 OTE + Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical partner for a portfolio of enterprise clients, guiding them through observability maturity.
• Architect complex observability solutions utilizing the Grafana LGTM stack within modern infrastructure environments.
• Conduct deep-dive troubleshooting, technical health checks, and root cause analysis to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with clients to define technical roadmaps, optimize cost, and maximize platform ROI.
• Represent the technical voice of the customer internally to shape product feedback and feature priorities.
• Deliver technical training, workshops, and documentation to educate and enable client teams.

Requirements

• Must be located in a USA time zone
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, consulting, or technical account management.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating Kubernetes environments.
• Deep understanding of observability concepts with proficiency in tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex client projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and excellence in technical communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical sales or post-sales roles within the observability or open-source space.
• Ability to connect product usage metrics directly to customer business value and ROI.
• Experience assisting with RCA and proactively identifying technical adoption hurdles.
