What you will do

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
• Attract, hire, and retain top talent by developing innovative sourcing strategies.
• Lead the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Actively contribute to the Employer Branding project team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in recruitment.
• Excellent knowledge of both Russian and English language.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in social science.
• Previous experience working in the ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in working within a multinational environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with headhunting and hiring in CIS markets.
