What you will do

• Design and implement HR data strategies to support company-wide people initiatives.
• Extract, transform, and analyze HR data primarily using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across HR information systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Communicate complex data findings in a clear and stakeholder-friendly manner.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK
• Extensive experience working in HR analytics and HRIS environments.
• Proficiency in HR reporting, data dashboards, and systems management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective partnerships.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential employee data responsibly.
• High attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
