What you will do

• Design and develop intelligent agents and LLM workflows using Copilot and LLM frameworks.
• Build scalable orchestration components for retrieval, automation, and model interfaces.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems while ensuring strict security and architectural compliance.
• Optimize RAG pipelines, vector search strategies, and embedding performance.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, and governance forums.
• Create reusable AI assets and documentation to strengthen internal delivery capabilities.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Copilot Studio, and AI agent frameworks.
• Strong understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG retrieval optimization.
• Proficient in secure-by-design engineering, authentication, and audit controls.
• Skilled with Azure AI, cloud-native engineering, observability, and telemetry.
• Experienced in DevOps, CI/CD, and modern infrastructure-as-code pipelines.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

• Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI principles.
