What you will do

• Coordinate and perform internal audits of SOC 2 controls and policy compliance.
• Govern SDLC processes and oversee associated tool configurations.
• Develop and maintain internal governance and audit processes.
• Manage administrative functions and user support within Jira.
• Create and maintain documentation for established processes and utilized tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technology operations experience.
• Must be able to work in the office Monday-Thursday.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 audits, controls testing, and compliance monitoring tools like Vanta.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and query languages such as SQL or MongoDB.
• Experience with Git, GitLab, and Jira administration.
• Understanding of cloud technologies including AWS and Kubernetes.
