What you will do

• Select and analyze key product metrics to uncover growth opportunities and feature improvements.
• Assess the potential profit and business impact of new product initiatives.
• Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to validate product hypotheses.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation within the company knowledge base.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to build and optimize product data marts and ensure data quality.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance product usability and overall user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in data or product analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau or Redash.
• Solid mathematical background including statistics, optimization, and causal inference.
• Experience working with large datasets and architecting data solutions for product needs.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of balancing business impact with resource efficiency.
