What you will do
- Select and analyze key product metrics to uncover growth opportunities and feature improvements.
- Assess the potential profit and business impact of new product initiatives.
- Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to validate product hypotheses.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation within the company knowledge base.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to build and optimize product data marts and ensure data quality.
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance product usability and overall user experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in data or product analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau or Redash.
- Solid mathematical background including statistics, optimization, and causal inference.
- Experience working with large datasets and architecting data solutions for product needs.
- Strong analytical mindset capable of balancing business impact with resource efficiency.
