What you will do
- Serve as the senior client lead, acting as a long-term strategic adviser to senior brand stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary studio team covering social, creative, strategy, and production.
- Manage the studio's P&L, forecasting income and ensuring commercial health against growth targets.
- Drive the studio's growth by identifying new opportunities to expand scope and capabilities.
- Integrate AI workflows to enhance creative processes and demonstrate practical value to the client.
- Oversee project pipelines and resource allocation to ensure sustainable and high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant agency experience in client services or account leadership.
- Proven experience leading large multi-disciplinary teams of 15+ people.
- Proficiency in English and German at C2 level is required.
- Strong background in managing large FMCG or beauty/personal care client accounts.
- Demonstrated success in P&L management, forecasting, and commercial growth.
- Understanding of Gen AI tools and their application in social content and creative production.

- Experience with Dove or Unilever brands.
- Expertise in social-first studio operations.
- Multi-market or global account leadership experience.
- Background in creative, strategy, or production roles.
