What you will do

• Work directly with the Chief of Staff to drive organizational scaling and operational excellence.
• Partner with functional leaders to establish and track key performance indicators.
• Identify and rectify broken processes across departments to build a lean, scalable operating system.
• Prepare foundational groundwork for new leadership hires, including monitoring rhythms and process structures.
• Develop and implement AI-driven automations to enhance workflows and efficiency.
• Focus on measurable outcomes that drive business growth rather than just documentation.

Requirements

• Based in Berlin with full in-office availability.
• 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
• Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong generalist mindset with the ability to bridge operations and commercial results.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like n8n or coding assistants for automation.
• Demonstrated ability as a proactive "doer" who works with high autonomy.
