What you will do

• Design and build secure, scalable APIs using .NET on Azure App Services and Azure Functions.
• Champion API best practices including REST standards, throttling, and concurrency mitigation.
• Integrate services with platforms like IdentityNow, Entra, and Active Directory.
• Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Azure OpenAI to enhance code quality and documentation.
• Mentor team members and define engineering patterns to raise team maturity.
• Operate services with a build-test-ship-run DevOps mindset.

Requirements

• 10+ years of development experience with deep C# and .NET expertise.
• Hands-on experience designing APIs from scratch and using SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Azure cloud-native architectures and DevOps CI/CD principles.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform or ARM.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in The Hague.
• Strong communication skills for mentoring and collaborative team participation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Blazor or similar frontend component frameworks.
• Background in system integration within complex enterprise landscapes.
