Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Gdynia, Poland (hybrid 2-3 days/week)

Compensation: 125–150 PLN/h (B2B)

What you will do

• Drive the implementation of global TLS certificate standards and EKU removal initiatives.
• Design and maintain secure internal and external trust environments.
• Perform discovery and analysis of digital certificates across the organization.
• Evaluate and implement tools for certificate inventory and lifecycle management.
• Identify non-compliance, develop remediation strategies, and perform risk assessments.
• Communicate and provide training to application teams regarding certificate policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on PKI.
• Deep understanding of public vs. private CA, trust chains, and root certificates.
• Solid knowledge of TLS, mTLS, and certificate validation processes.
• Understanding of infrastructure components including networks, domains, and OS.
• Strong background in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
