What you will do

• Design and deliver impactful learning experiences that support capability building across the global organization.
• Create interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise tools.
• Coordinate global learning initiatives including leadership and functional development programs.
• Manage learning content and platform operations within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Track participation and effectiveness using learning analytics to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to translate organizational needs into scalable learning solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in L&D, instructional design, or digital learning.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools like Articulate.
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret learning data.
