What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for networking and storage workflows.
• Develop scalable automation for provisioning, configuring, and managing complex network topologies.
• Translate operational requirements into reliable, testable code in Python.
• Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment velocity.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and enhance observability across distributed network environments.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and solid understanding of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking protocols.
• Hands-on experience with network automation frameworks like Ansible.
• Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems and system programming concepts.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FreeBSD.
• Experience with C/C++.
• Knowledge of virtualization and container-based environments.
• Background in performance analysis, telemetry, and operational monitoring.
