Location: Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi / Da Nang) with onsite assignment in Singapore during the discovery phase.

What you will do

• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather insights and align expectations.
• Analyze and document current business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Propose optimized business processes to improve efficiency and support business objectives.
• Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements in a clear and structured format.
• Translate business requirements into user flows, process maps, and detailed functional specifications.
• Support feature prioritization and planning across different implementation phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, working directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong experience in business process analysis and requirement documentation.
• Proven ability to conduct workshops and manage stakeholder discussions effectively.
• Good understanding of SDLC and requirement analysis methodologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills in English.
