What you will do

• Manage tenant enquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Conduct onboarding briefings for new tenants.
• Monitor the tenant journey and track progress to ensure successful ecosystem integration.
• Plan and analyze user satisfaction surveys to gain actionable insights.
• Address tenant feedback and escalate issues to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and change-management activities to support system adoption.

Requirements

• Must be Singaporean
• Must be eligible for Singapore MSD CAT 1 security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or cloud projects
• Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis
• Strong communication and presentation skills
