Erp Functional Sme (Assessment & Advisory): Evaluating current business processes and providing recommendations on ERP strategy with an accent on performing fit-gap analysis and benchmarking against industry best practices. Focus on supporting ERP blueprinting activities and engaging with business stakeholders to gather requirements.

Location: Hybrid Set up 2x onsite per week in Makati City

What you will do

• Understand and document AS-IS business processes across Finance and Supply Chain.
• Perform process mapping and detailed fit-gap analysis.
• Benchmark current processes against industry best practices.
• Support and validate ERP blueprinting activities.
• Provide advisory recommendations on whether to enhance the current Oracle Fusion ERP or transition to a new ERP.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional insights.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end ERP implementations (from blueprinting stage).
• Strong experience in fit-gap analysis and business process assessment.
• Good understanding of Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and provide advisory recommendations.
• Experience working in ERP transformation / assessment projects.
