About the Role

You will lead the Platform’s Back Office squad and act as the bridge between Trade Ops, Finance, and Risk. You will audit and visualize end-to-end settlement and trade support flows, define technical roadmaps, and build centralized books and inventories. You will drive automation to reduce manual work and shorten financial reporting close times, ensure product designs meet MiCA and counterparty data requirements, coordinate integrations with other squads, and create system diagrams and technical specifications from operator knowledge. You will use discovery techniques and experiments to validate solutions and document reliable, scalable processes.

Requirements

• Experience with Opportunity Solution Trees and User Story Maps
• Ability to create system diagrams and technical specifications from operator workflows
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycles and settlement logic
• Familiarity with REST APIs database schemas and custodian integrations
• Ability to build processes and solve open ended blank page problems
• Experience with middle and back office tools ERPs or accounting engines in TradFi or Crypto
• Proven track record of automating manual processes to handle large volume increases
• Knowledge of data products and systems
• Interest in using AI to accelerate discovery documentation and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead the Platform’s Back Office squad

• Align Risk Finance and Trade Ops requirements through unified product discovery
• Ensure products support MiCA and counterparty data requirements by design
• Coordinate with other squads to integrate risk management data and compliance requirements
• Conduct product discovery using Opportunity Solution Trees and User Story Maps
• Create system diagrams and technical specifications from operator workflows
• Design and specify REST API database schema and custodian integrations
