Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 CAD annually.

What you will do

• Manage briefs from start-to-finish, ensuring successful delivery to deadlines across multiple campaigns.
• Liaise with clients, manage expectations, and communicate feedback effectively.
• Build a full understanding of client businesses, strategies, and objectives, advising on communications solutions.
• Oversee statements of work/proposals, ensuring the right team is in place to deliver and maintain high standards.
• Report back to management on internal and external issues that might impact accounts positively or negatively.
• Delegate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end-to-end, inspiring teams to achieve goals.

Requirements

• Demonstrable agency experience in Client Services, preferably in an Account Supervisor/Senior Account Manager role.
• Experience delivering a broad range of multi-channel marketing communications, including digital.
• Extremely organized with tools and processes used for project management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with ease and efficiency.
• Deep understanding of production & interactive processes.
• Commercially driven with experience handling budgets and timelines.
