What you will do

• Art direct ideas across all mediums, from brand campaigns to product launches.
• Elevate art direction and visual craft across projects.
• Maintain a consistent visual language across all channels.
• Lead the development and execution of high-priority projects from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to create advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on visual trends and technologies to keep Snap's work innovative.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, motion design, filmmaking, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience as an art director in advertising agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and high-impact projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools.
• Experience in B2B and growth marketing in tech and social media.
• Experience working in matrixed organizations.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Proficient working with Keynote and Figma.
• Specific expertise in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience working in a Google Docs lead project environment.
• Frame.io knowledge.
