Operational Test Lead

What you will do

• Lead a team of operational test analysts ensuring task prioritization and quality control.
• Develop and maintain test schedules, resource plans, and operational test plans.
• Serve as primary interface with government stakeholders and program managers.
• Conduct hands-on testing in operationally realistic environments and evaluate system performance.
• Review system documentation and identify testable requirements focusing on NR-KPP and interoperability.
• Prepare detailed test reports, findings, and recommendations adhering to DoD standards.

Requirements

• Must have active TS-SCI security clearance.
• Must be located on-site at Fort Huachuca, AZ.
• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years relevant experience.
• At least one relevant certification such as Sec+, SCRUM, SAFE, Software Testing, or DevOps.
• Strong understanding of DoD test processes, NR-KPP, interoperability, and system-of-systems testing.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with mission threads, operational scenarios, and Agile or DevSecOps environments.
