TL;DR

Technical Architect: Delivering outcome-based technical services and bespoke technical solutions across all stages of the customer lifecycle with an accent on architecting integrations, sophisticated data strategies, and customer-centric use case design. Focus on troubleshooting and providing solutions for complex strategic technical needs reported by customers, ensuring high-quality instrumentation across the customer stack.

Location: Austin

Salary: $99,450 - $112,500/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $110,500-125,000/year.

What you will do

  • Serve as a technical advisor, owning projects and workstreams of technical strategy across the customer lifecycle.
  • Design and implement bespoke technical solutions and integrations that meet customer needs and drive business value.
  • Act as a technical liaison between hirify.global and the customer’s product and engineering teams.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for complex strategic technical needs reported by customers.
  • Document technical requirements, customer integrations, and risks/blockers, communicating with account teams, customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Build solutions and document those for future automation and iterative deployment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Consultant.
  • 3+ years of technical experience managing customer environments with knowledge of SaaS, Mobile, APIs, and Programming.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Comfortable building with AI tools to accelerate workstreams and build efficiencies in your day-to-day role.
