What you will do
- Serve as a technical advisor, owning projects and workstreams of technical strategy across the customer lifecycle.
- Design and implement bespoke technical solutions and integrations that meet customer needs and drive business value.
- Act as a technical liaison between hirify.global and the customer’s product and engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for complex strategic technical needs reported by customers.
- Document technical requirements, customer integrations, and risks/blockers, communicating with account teams, customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Build solutions and document those for future automation and iterative deployment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Consultant.
- 3+ years of technical experience managing customer environments with knowledge of SaaS, Mobile, APIs, and Programming.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Comfortable building with AI tools to accelerate workstreams and build efficiencies in your day-to-day role.
