What you will do

• Develop and implement processes and systems to improve productivity and efficiency across the organization
• Conduct data analysis and design experiments to test and validate proposed solutions
• Identify bottlenecks, deploy process improvements, reduce manual tasks, and develop tools to increase throughput and quality
• Build a deep understanding of engineering culture, tools, and practices to identify improvements
• Engage with engineers to understand their needs and improve the overall development experience
• Participate in on-call rotations to support engineering productivity services

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada
• 3-5 years experience in Devtools, DevOps, or engineering productivity roles
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as BitBucket, Jenkins, CircleCI
• Development experience with Python, Bash, or TypeScript in Linux or Mac environments
• Experience with containers, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and in distributed teams
