What you will do

• Document the current Power BI environment including workspaces, teams, users, usage metrics, and gateway dependencies
• Develop and execute a migration plan for gateway servers to a new data center with minimal production impact
• Plan and implement Power BI upgrades and ongoing monthly update strategies
• Create test and validation plans for migration and upgrades
• Provide post-migration support and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability and performance

Requirements

• Location: Remote, Portugal
• Proven experience as a Power BI Administrator with hands-on Power BI Service and gateway configuration
• Experience with Power BI migrations and upgrades
• Strong understanding of Power BI architecture and dependencies
• Ability to plan and execute migrations with minimal downtime
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

Nice to have

• Experience with data center or infrastructure migrations
• Familiarity with governance, security, and access management in Power BI
• Experience with performance monitoring and optimization
