Senior BI Analyst (Power BI, Data Analytics)

What you will do

• Build, publish, and maintain interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Lead the creation of use cases and performance dashboards as part of the Data Strategy.
• Design data engineering structures necessary to support BI initiatives and manage data integration between core business applications and data lakes.
• Own and continually improve key infrastructure components, identifying gaps and enhancing platform quality, robustness, maintainability, and speed.
• Communicate findings effectively through clear data storytelling and visualization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within the Business Intelligence or Data Science field with a focus on Data Visualization and Data Analytics.
• 5+ years’ experience with Data Visualization tools (Power BI).
• 3+ years of expertise in cloud data platforms (Azure).
• Good knowledge of data analysis in enterprises and experience in BI consultancy for enterprise clients.
• Experience coding in SQL, and knowledge of DAX and M for Power BI.
• Experience participating in an Agile software development team (e.g., Scrum).

Nice to have

• Experience in data science and machine learning.
• Experience in CI/CD configuration and familiarity with version control (Git).
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and models using Databricks (PySpark/SQL/Delta Lake), Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory.
