Data Scientist: Leveraging data to understand hirify.global, its users, and potential product investments with an accent on experiment design and analysis, data deep dives, and causal inference. Focus on identifying actionable and impactful insights through deep-dive analyses and analytics insights, and building and improving the systems that continuously drive user and revenue growth.

Location: Hybrid work from hirify.global office in San Francisco, CA. Part-time telecommuting is an option.

Salary: $197,000.00 - $229,900.00 USD

What you will do

• Be actively involved in all phases of product development, including ideation, exploratory analysis, opportunity sizing, metrics design, and post-launch monitoring.
• Leverage data to understand hirify.global and its users through experiment design and analysis.
• Improve data accessibility for stakeholders by creating ETLs, reporting dashboards, and data aggregations.
• Serve as a thought partner for product and engineering managers, communicating and shaping the roadmap and strategy for hirify.global.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build and improve systems that drive user and revenue growth.
• Define product strategy through identifying business opportunities and user pain points.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related field.
• Experience with MongoDB, Neo4j, SPSS, SAS, Azure, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, R, and Power BI.
• Data science experience focused on recommendation systems for a consumer-facing app.
