What you will do

• Drive innovation in machine learning, audio processing, and natural language understanding.
• Work on multimodal machine translation, speech synthesis, speech analysis, and asset quality assessment.
• Partner with solution development teams to move research into business applications.
• Develop applied science talent within the team through mentoring.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience in algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of standard speech and machine learning techniques.
• Publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
