Location: This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned hirify.global site and off-site.

Salary: $149,750.00-275,580.00 USD

What you will do

• Spearhead the development and enhancement of innovative use cases for OpenVINO GenAI.
• Dive deep into the architecture of generative models and the OpenVINO ecosystem.
• Implement new features and optimizing performance to deliver state-of-the-art inference solutions.
• Optimize deep learning models for maximum performance across diverse hirify.global hardware.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM field with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in Deep Learning architectures, particularly Generative AI models.
• Familiarity with popular AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or the Hugging Face Transformers library.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience utilizing C/C++, Python.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English (intermediate level or higher).

Nice to have

• Experience with model optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated understanding of multithreading concepts and practical experience in developing the thread-safe code.
• Strategic problem-solver.
• Impactful communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
• Knowledge of the OpenVINO Toolkit or other deep learning inference runtimes.
