What you will do

• Collaborate with customers to design and implement enterprise-wide agentic AI solutions at scale.
• Develop and maintain core software components for Agentic AI platforms.
• Implement secure, scalable integrations across cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Collaborate and lead teams of architects and data engineers to deliver rapid MVP cycles, from concept to production deployment.
• Work directly with customers as a subject matter expert, providing thought leadership, delivering bespoke solutions, and driving innovation.

Requirements

• 4+ years in AI/ML engineering experience, with 1 year experience developing Agentic AI Solutions
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and deployment in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS AgenticAI, Google AI Platform, Azure AI Foundry) and distributed computing.
• Knowledge of data engineering tools (e.g., Pandas, Spark) and version control (e.g., Git).
• Hands-on experience with generative models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, BERT) and their application in automation, content creation, or predictive tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms or business application development.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning or prompt engineering for LLMs.
• Contributions to AI research, open-source projects, or a portfolio of GenAI work.
• Master’s degree or PHD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
