Salary: $180,000 – $247,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead the post-technical win strategy for strategic Public Sector accounts to drive platform adoption and consumption.
• Act as the primary technical contact for production and go-live status of complex use cases.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Support, and Engineering teams to manage technical delivery roadmaps.
• Develop and execute enablement plans to increase user growth and data maturity within customer organizations.
• Provide executive-level reporting on customer health, project risks, and product adoption KPIs.
• Navigate internal product teams for innovations and upgrade needs to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship (mandatory for government client support).
• 7+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within the data and AI domain.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Deep understanding of solution architecture and distributed data systems.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, architecture, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
