Product Manager (Medtech)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Medtech): Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for health and wellness supplements with an accent on product packaging, retail branding, and cross-functional partnerships. Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (4 days onsite per week)

Salary: 4500 – 6000 EUR/month

What you will do

• Monitor market trends and competition to drive product innovations and packaging solutions.
• Own end-to-end operations, including retail branding, localizations, and promotional materials.
• Define and strengthen product USPs by aligning scientific data with clear consumer messaging.
• Manage design and project workflows, including agency coordination and samples logistics.
• Ensure product excellence across all communication channels and retail touchpoints.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania and able to work onsite 4 days per week.
• Background in brand or product management with deep understanding of positioning and development.
• Experience or strong interest in health and wellness, particularly probiotics or gut health.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to translate technical or scientific info for consumers.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
