What you will do

  • Lead and coach multi-stream payroll teams, including onshore and offshore staff.
  • Oversee P&L responsibility, financial forecasting, and budget management.
  • Ensure payroll processes remain compliant with local regulations and mitigate operational risks.
  • Drive continuous process improvement to enhance service efficiency and quality.
  • Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments like Sales, Product, and Implementation to streamline client onboarding and corporate initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in HR or a relevant business field.
  • Substantial experience in managing managed payroll services.
  • Proven background in managing remote delivery centers and multi-stream programs.
  • Strong familiarity with formal change management methodologies and performance development.
  • Excellent communication skills and business acumen for stakeholder management.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
