What you will do
- Lead and coach multi-stream payroll teams, including onshore and offshore staff.
- Oversee P&L responsibility, financial forecasting, and budget management.
- Ensure payroll processes remain compliant with local regulations and mitigate operational risks.
- Drive continuous process improvement to enhance service efficiency and quality.
- Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments like Sales, Product, and Implementation to streamline client onboarding and corporate initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in HR or a relevant business field.
- Substantial experience in managing managed payroll services.
- Proven background in managing remote delivery centers and multi-stream programs.
- Strong familiarity with formal change management methodologies and performance development.
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen for stakeholder management.
- Professional proficiency in English.
