What you will do

• Own and maintain security compliance programs across internal systems and client agreements.
• Lead internal and external audits to ensure adherence to ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill contractual security obligations.
• Manage and mentor the IT Support team while overseeing onboarding and offboarding security protocols.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security posture reviews.
• Lead incident response planning and execute security awareness programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT Security or Compliance with 2+ years in a management role.
• Strong understanding of global frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
• Hands-on experience with IAM, endpoint protection, and cloud security tools.
• Proven ability to manage security for remote-first, distributed teams.
• Fluent English required for stakeholder and client engagement.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine, Poland, or Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-growing technology services or outsourcing environments.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
• Knowledge of compliance automation tools like Vanta or Drata.
• Experience managing client-facing security questionnaires and due diligence.
